Future of John Terry at Chelsea

Chelsea Captain John terry is unsure of his future at Stamford Bridge. He hopes that Roman Abramovich will hand him a contract extension as he had stated that he will never play for another English Club. He had just a year left to run his contract out of his hand and has been playing time cut short this season thanks to interim manager Rafa Benitez’s player rotation policy and like Frank Lampard, he may have to move on this summer.

This season his performance is not as it used to be last season’s, which is the most important thing he should recognize. He is no longer the strongest player in his position and also age is catching him. But he still hopes that he has a special to role to play as a captain and a crucial defender and should not hesitate to extend his contract.
“I would love to stay at Chelsea. If that can’t happen then I have a whole year left which I must respect and honor regardless if it’s yup or nope. Naturally it would be disappointing to leave but at the same time you understand that you can’t be around forever”. “Where I would go after that is certainly not the England”. “I can’t do that to the fans and the team Chelsea”.
Chelsea Captain John Terry has been at Chelsea for 15 years making his first debut in the 1998/99 season. He has gone on to make 573 appearances for the club scoring total of 55 goals as a defender which is excellent at his position. I hope Roman Abramovich would understand his contribution and extend his contracts.
